After years of restrictive diets, eating poorly and not taking in enough exercise I had enough of my body and my habits. In January 2020 I knew I needed to do something to improve my overall health and fitness and to build the body I really wanted. At first, I tried to go it alone, restricting myself to 1200 calories per day. A portion of weight did fall off but I knew this could not be sustainable in the long term. Therefore, after a bit of research, I joined The Body Coach 90 Day Plan. The Body Coach 90 day plan was created by Joe Wicks, one of the most well-known fitness figures in the UK. He designed the plan to help yo-yo dieters (like myself) to lose unwanted fat, get lean and build a fitter, stronger and healthier body.
